Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Karis Zanetta

We offer Express and Standard shipping Australia wide. 

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be dispatched. If you have purchased items that are Made to Order, your item will be shipped once it is complete. Please check the product listing for more specific information about particular items. 

Deliveries are sent out Monday - Friday between normal business hours. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

In busy times, shipments may take up to 2-3 days to process. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone with further information.

Split deliveries - if one of your item/s is on pre-order or made to order this will be shipped to you additionally free of charge when it is complete.

CONFIRMATION
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled, containing your tracking number(s).

OTHER
All orders are sent out securely with sufficient packaging to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Karis Zanetta is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment provider to file a claim.
